Shipping Policy
At Busy Book , we know you and your little ones are excited to receive your new sensory books! We work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within [1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [7 to 15] business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing are outside of our control.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Busy Book is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@busybook.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase! We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at info@busybook.com.au, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please refer to our Replacement Policy and contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with your neighbors. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and then reach out to our support team so we can assist you.
