Replacement & Exchange Policy
At Bg Book, your little one’s safety and satisfaction are our top priorities! Because our sensory books are designed for babies and toddlers to handle, touch, and play with, we do not accept physical returns or offer cash refunds for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we stand behind the quality of our products! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily send you a free replacement.
1. Eligibility for a Replacement
You are eligible for a free replacement if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- There is a manufacturing error (e.g., missing pieces).
- You received the wrong item in your shipment.
Please note: We do not offer replacements or refunds for "change of mind" or for damage caused by normal toddler wear and tear after the product has been used.
2. Timeframe
You have 15 days from the date your item is delivered to report an issue and request a replacement.
3. How to Request a Replacement
If there is an issue with your order, there is no need to mail the item back to us! Simply follow these steps:
- Email our support team at info@busybook.com.au
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Once our team reviews your email and verifies the issue, we will immediately process a replacement order and send you new tracking information.
4. Order Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, all sales are considered final once placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make the change before the order ships.
